Chocolate fudge – 2 layers of  chocolate sponge topped and filled with a gernerous ganache  fudge icing and finished with vermacilli around the edges

Carrot cake – moist carrot and walnut sponge with a cream cheese middle and generous covering, topped with nuts

Victoria Sponge – a light sponge with strawberry jam and generous cream filling dusted with icing sugar

Coffee & walnut – 2 coffee sponges topped and filled with a coffee ganache, with finest chunky walnuts generously scattered on top.

Lemon – lemon sponge topped and filled with a lemon cremble finishd with vermacilli

LB Cakes and Swiss Rolls

LB Cakes – light sponge cakes (14 x 8cm) available in lemon, farmhouse fruit, ginger, cherry, date & walnut and a traditional battenberg

Swiss rolls – delicate light sponge carefully rolled with butter cream and a variety of jams
